PLEASE REMEMBER WE WILL SIT DOWN WITH ANY CLIENTS THAT WANTS TO.  

WE OFFER PHONE APPOINTMENTS AS WELL, BUT THEY ARE USUALLY THE LAST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY AND WE NEED THE INFORMATION A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME TO PROCESS.  

WE ALSO OFFER THE OPTIONS OF DROP OFF, MAIL OR PORTAL AND WE WILL DO THEM FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.   

• previous and new clients - if possible drop off, mail  (or upload to your tax portal) your documents at least a week ahead of time.  There are forms needed filled out for returning clients and for new clients.  This allows us to get your info on computer ahead of time and creates more accuracy and streamlines appointments for questions and planning
• We will need an engagement letter signed for each tax year

• Please avoid sending documents via email (not safe) but use portal if possible (much more secure) - see tab above for portal
