1. Take your information out of the envelopes.
2. Write notes on a separate piece of paper / sticky note instead of the envelope or folder.
3. Please do not use staples if possible.
4. Please sort papers, income first then expenses.
5. Total your receipts. (Business expenses, donations…etc…)
6. Fill out our information updates and sign this years Engagement letter. (You can get these below or we can email them or mail them)
7. If you have an appointment, please get us your information at least 4 days prior to your appointment.

3. Please name you documents as you save them before uploading them.
