To help us prepare your taxes more efficiently please consider the following procedures when dropping off or mailing us your information.
1. Take your information out of the envelopes.
2. Write notes on a separate piece of paper / sticky note instead of the envelope or folder.
3. Please do not use staples if possible.
4. Please sort papers, income first then expenses.
5. Total your receipts. (Business expenses, donations…etc…)
6. Fill out our information updates.
7. If you have an appointment, please get us your information at least 4 days prior to your appointment.
