returning clients update info sheet

1. Take your information out of the envelopes. 

2. Write notes on a separate piece of paper / sticky note instead of the envelope or folder. 

3. Please do not use staples if possible. 

4. Please sort papers, income first then expenses. 

5. Total your receipts. (Business expenses, donations…etc…)

6. Fill out and sign your information update sheet. (We need this to do your taxes)

7. If you have an appointment, please get us your information at least 4 days prior to your appointment.
